Terms of Service

Last updated: May 21, 2026

By using Hands In Grace, you're agreeing to a few simple things. We kept them in plain language. If anything's unclear, email handsingrace@outlook.com.

One account per person

Each member gets one account. The same account is used for both giving and receiving — there are no separate giver or receiver accounts.

18 and older

You confirm that you're at least 18 years old. If we learn you're under 18, we'll close your account.

No loans, no repayment

Grace given on Hands In Grace is a gift. There is no expectation of repayment, ever. If someone you helped pays you back later, that's between the two of you, but it isn't tracked or required here.

Honest use

Be honest about your needs. Don't post fake needs, don't try to defraud other members, and don't harass or pressure anyone for grace. We can close accounts that violate these terms.

Your Venmo account

You're responsible for your own Venmo account. We don't control Venmo, can't reverse Venmo transactions, and aren't responsible for Venmo's fees, holds, or account issues.

We don't hold money

Hands In Grace doesn't process payments, hold funds, or move money. Every dollar flows directly between members through Venmo.

Tips are optional

Tips to keep Hands In Grace running are 100% optional and 100% non-refundable. We're grateful for every one.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We'll remove your profile and your needs. The acts of grace you gave will stay in our records as anonymous entries.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, where Hands In Grace is based.
