What we collect
When you join the family, we collect your first name, last initial, email, phone number, city, state, Venmo username, and an optional bio and photo. We also keep track of the needs you post, the grace you give, and the grace you receive.
How we use it
We use your information to run this home — to show your needs to other members, to let you find people to help, and to keep your account safe. That's the whole list.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never share it with advertisers. We never use it to train AI models. We never give it to anyone outside Hands In Grace without your permission, unless we're legally required to.
About the money
We never see your bank account, debit card, or credit card. All money moves through Venmo, directly between members. We don't hold funds, process payments, or take a cut. If something goes wrong with a Venmo transaction, that's between you and Venmo.
Age requirement
Hands In Grace is for adults 18 and older. If we learn that someone under 18 has signed up, we'll close the account.
Your rights
You can export everything we have about you, fix anything that's wrong, or delete your account anytime from Settings. Email us at handsingrace@outlook.com if you need help.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything important, we'll let you know in the app before the change takes effect.
